Ibtikar has been specifically created to offer varied management advisory services to meet the needs of the business community in the Gulf. The 1990s was the decade of change as new businesses were created to meet new opportunities and existing organisations undertook change to become more effective during the global downturn that prevailed.  In the new millennium, we are witnessing a period of considerable growth with increased competition locally in most sectors. Despite this, Gulf businesses appear bullish about the future and many are developing or enhancing their businesses to meet these new challenges.

Ibtikar stands for innovation, creativity, originality, inventiveness and ingenuity. We create the business solution by building client competencies. We believe that every business is unique and in a competitive world each needs to focus on what it can do best in order to win and satisfy the primary stakeholders, the owners and shareholders. In consultancy for example the emphasis is on improving performance and increasing earnings. This is achieved by evaluating the business strategy and current working with a view to identifying process improvements and aligning the efforts of management and staff. We have also developed methodologies reflecting best international practice, such as the Balanced Score Card.
